61850-9-3 is a dual logo standard, thus please use the correct designation:
IEC/IEEE 61850-9-3
If you really want to show documents under revision (or being worked on), then please remove IEC/IEEE 61850-9-3 completely, as it has been published in May 2016, and there is no revision planned.
